It is called water Pokemon and held items. Draw, create or write a water Pokemon using or playing with any official held items in the games. They can be berries, gems, plates, mail, etc. [link]
Deadline is April 30, 2012.
Rules:

2. Only one water Pokemon with one item.
3. Written pieces should be at least 500 words minimum.
4. The art has to be recent (After March 27, 2012).
5. Completed entries go in the "featured" folder.
6. Multiple entries are allowed.
7. Have to be a member of the group. Just click "Join our group!"
